At Twigs and Burrows, we aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible — because we know how excited your little ones will be for their goodies!

Shipping Within the UK

We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Our shipping costs are based on a single flat rate, regardless of the order size:

• All orders – £3.65

Shipping will be automatically added at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busier periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days via Royal Mail Second Class Service.

We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible — just one more way to show our love for small pets and the planet.
