Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you and your little companions love everything you order from Twigs and Burrows. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond this period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase reference number

Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items such as treats, forage, and food cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@twigsandburrows.co.uk , and return it to:

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • It is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider — it may take a few days for the refund to post

  3. Check with your bank for any processing delays

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Return Shipping

Please send all returns to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item.
