We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 2–3 working days.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand this in the future!

Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order:

• £2.95 for orders up to 1.6kg
• £5.85 for orders over 1.6kg

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• It must be in its original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to them.
